1. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for our products. Once a product has been purchased, it is final, and customers will not be able to exchange the item for another product. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 Condition of the Item
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

Return Process
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

After the item is picked up, checked and return is accepted we will request your bank details to process the refund. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, and the processing time may vary depending on the bank’s procedures.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the returned item(s) are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition.
